Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs, and payment terms.
• Assist outside sales by processing priority transactions.
• Use company tools to sell, promote, and answer technical questions.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined territory.
• Manage a defined customer base and maintain relationships.
• Close orders and resolve customer issues promptly using root-cause analysis.
• Prepare quotations and follow through purchasing cycles.
• Report market and product information to management.
• Attend product meetings and trainings to maintain knowledge.
• Pursue product applications with internal and external resources.
