Empower Rental Group in North Dallas, TX, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support branch operations by handling customer orders, coordinating pickups and deliveries, and driving outbound sales.

You will work with customers, vendors and team members to ensure accurate orders, timely invoicing, and exceptional service. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a team‑oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service attitude and ability to work with internal/external customers.
• Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
• Detail oriented with accuracy in handling orders, invoicing and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Answer operational branch calls and assist customer needs.
• Assist customers with pick-ups and deliveries and support walk-in clients.
• Complete outbound sales calls daily per assigned quota.
• Record interactions in the rental system and manage logs.
• Coordinate truck routes, maintenance, and driver communication.
• Assist with project tasks around administration, delivery or invoicing.
