Responsibilities

• Answer operational branch calls and take ownership of customer needs.
• Assist customers with pick-ups and deliveries and support walk-in customers.
• Complete outbound sales calls daily per assigned quota.
• Notate calls in the rental system via electronic logs and maintain records.
