Job summary

Ferguson is hiring Inside Sales Representatives who are hands-on, customer-focused, and ready to grow their career from the ground up. Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:30pm, in-office at Ferguson Enterprises.

You will work with Sales associates to identify the best products, provide timely quotations, coordinate deliveries, and respond to customer calls. A background in sales or customer service and CRM proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• 1-2 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fittings knowledge preferred
• Trilogee knowledge highly preferred
• Ability to upsell and respond quickly to customer needs
• Proven track record of timely decisions in a fast-paced environment
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes

Responsibilities

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
