Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Take and accurately enter concrete delivery orders.
• Provide pricing for COD customers.
• Recommend appropriate products for customer applications.
• Identify customer needs and ask clarifying questions.
• Upsell value-added products when appropriate.
• Schedule orders and coordinate commitments with dispatch.
• Enter customer changes accurately and promptly.
• Provide sales support to existing and new customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Meet individual and team performance objectives.
