This office-based role requires an engaging, organized professional who can manage 75–100 daily conversations, use CRM to track leads, and collaborate with national teams. Compensation starts at $20/hour plus 1% commission; schedules Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, totaling 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must provide outstanding customer service.
• Able to discuss a wide range of products from DIY to pergolas and pavilions.
• Maintain engaging demeanor over phone/video consultations.
• Track leads and sales metrics using a CRM.
• Commute to Waxahachie office five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Answer live chat questions from interested customers.
• Converse on calls for consultations and walk through project details.
• Close remote sales within defined geography.
• Track daily/weekly sales metrics in CRM.
• Collaborate with national sales and installation teams.
• Manage multiple customers per day.
