Richelieu Hardware Ltd in Norcross, GA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our local branch on a Monday–Friday day shift. You will assist customers by phone, email, and in person, quoting and placing orders for cabinet-making and storage products.

Ideal candidates have inside sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with technology including AS400 and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Prior inside sales or customer service experience is helpful.
• Knowledge of woodworking, cabinetry, kitchen/bath design, or related building materials is helpful.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Richelieu customers by phone, email, and in person at the local branch showroom; research and place orders for building materials products.
• Learn and stay abreast of products, changes, and trends in woodworking and cabinet making.
• Seek out new business opportunities with customers via phone, placing orders as well as providing sales quotes.
• Work closely with outside sales representatives on orders and quotes; research pricing and availability.
• Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues.
• Maintain Richelieu's core values while helping achieve sales objectives.
• Hours are Monday to Friday, day shift.
• Position may require lifting up to 50 pounds.
