Richelieu is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Norcross, GA branch. This day-shift, Monday–Friday role focuses on selling and supporting a wide range of cabinet-making and storage products to a diverse customer base.

You will assist customers by phone, email, and in person, learning products and industry trends to provide accurate quotes and timely service. The position emphasizes customer focus, teamwork, and growth within a growing international company.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused individual delivering top-quality experiences when ordering or installing Richelieu products.
• Excellent communicator by phone, email, and in person.
• Inside sales or customer service experience preferred, desktop/office setting.
• Inside telesales experience preferred in the industrial market.
• Knowledge of woodworking, cabinetry, kitchen/bath design or building materials is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person at local branch showroom; research and place orders.
• Stay updated on woodworking, kitchen & bath design trends and cabinet making.
• Seek new business opportunities with customers via phone; provide sales quotes.
• Work with outside sales reps on orders and quotes; research pricing and availability.
• Research product solutions to solve field-project issues.
• Maintain Richelieu's core values while achieving sales objectives.
• Hours are Monday to Friday, day shift only.
• Position may require lifting up to 50 pounds.
