Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd. seeks an Inside Sales Representative at our Norcross, GA branch to drive inside sales, support customers, and process orders for cabinet-making and storage products. You will engage customers by phone, email, and in person, while learning products, pricing, and market trends.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and familiarity with MS Office and AS400. Hours are Monday–Friday, day shift, with opportunities for growth and commissions.

Qualifications

• Motivated, customer-focused individual who delivers top-quality experiences.
• Excellent communicator by phone, email, and in person.
• Inside sales or customer service experience helpful in office setting.
• Familiarity with woodworking/cabinet design market is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; comfortable with technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person; research and place orders.
• Learn product lines and trends in woodworking, kitchen & bath design, cabinet making.
• Seek new business opportunities via phone, provide quotes and place orders.
• Coordinate with outside sales reps on orders and pricing.
• Support local branch operations and uphold company values.
