Job summary

QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products in the United States, seeks a full-time Customer Service/Sales Support role in New Jersey. You will process quotes, orders, returns, and inquiries, coordinate deliveries with operations, and support the Outside Sales team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Candidates with front-line customer service and sales experience, plus construction or building materials knowledge, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience is required.
• Industry experience with construction or building materials is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Eagerness to learn and retain vast amounts of product information.
• HVAC experience (field or distributor) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
