Job summary

QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, seeks a sales-focused professional in New Jersey to handle price quotes, orders, and customer inquiries. You will drive telemarketing objectives and coordinate deliveries with the operations team, while supporting the Outside Sales group.

Ideal candidates have strong sales experience, product knowledge, and a proven ability to upsell and identify new business opportunities. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or telemarketing with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to drive sales through product knowledge, quotes and upselling.
• Front-line customer service background helpful; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies.
