Job summary

QXO, a leading building products distributor and installer, is hiring for a full-time in New Jersey. You will handle price quotes, orders, returns, and product inquiries while coordinating with operations and the Outside Sales team to grow revenue.

The role emphasizes cold calling, upselling, and strong product knowledge, with Spanish bilingual capability considered a plus. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional OT on weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with ability to balance customer needs and business priorities.
• Strong product knowledge and quote follow-up abilities.
• Front-line customer service and sales experience a plus.
• Ability to learn and retain vast product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services
