Job summary

ABC Supply Interiors is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to assist customers in purchasing building materials for commercial and residential projects. You will greet customers, discuss products, and finalize sales with a focus on service and expertise.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, assisting in sales planning, merchandising, and handling inquiries via phone and email. A 1-2 year background in interior building products is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience with interior building products preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting ABC Supply Interiors products and solutions.
• Discuss features and benefits of products and services.
• Establish rapport with new customers and nurture relationships with long-term customers.
• Coordinate delivery requests to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in development of branch sales plan and merchandising strategy.
• Answer incoming calls and emails to assist customers promptly.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Arrange warehouse pickup for customers and reorder products to stock shelves.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.
