ABC Supply Interiors is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to assist customers with building material purchases and provide expert product knowledge from greeting through sale completion. The role emphasizes superior service, product recommendations, and strong relationship building.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone and email, coordinating deliveries, processing payments, and supporting branch sales and merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience with interior building products is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Detail and service oriented.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in developing ABC Supply Interiors solutions to meet their needs.
• Discuss features and benefits of products and services.
• Establish rapport with new customers and nurture relationships with long-term customers.
• Solicit feedback from customers on products and services.
• Coordinate delivery requests to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
• Assist in developing branch sales plan and merchandising strategy.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products and up-sell where appropriate.
• Answer calls and emails to assist customers promptly.
• Process payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate with warehouse for pickups and stock shelves.
• Resolve service concerns as they arise.
