Responsibilities

• Assist customers in developing L&W solutions to meet their needs
• Discuss features and benefits of products and services
• Establish rapport with new customers and nurture relationships
• Solicit feedback from customers on products and services
• Coordinate delivery requests for efficiency and satisfaction
• Assist in developing branch sales plan and merchandising strategy
• Determine customer needs and recommend products, up-sell where appropriate
• Answer calls and emails promptly to assist customers
