Job summary

ABC Supply Interiors seeks an Inside Sales Associate to support customers purchasing drywall, ceiling tiles, steel framing and other building materials for commercial and residential projects.

You will greet customers, provide product expertise, and finalize sales with a focus on service excellence and long-term relationships. The role includes coordinating deliveries and assisting with merchandising and sales planning.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience with interior building products is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid time management and prioritization skills.
• Detail and service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products and solutions for building projects.
• Discuss features and benefits of products and services.
• Establish rapport with new customers and nurture long-term relationships.
• Solicit feedback on products and services to improve offerings.
• Coordinate delivery requests to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing branch sales plans and merchandising strategies.
• Recommend appropriate products and up-sell where suitable.
• Handle inquiries via phone and email to assist customers promptly.
