Job summary

ABC Supply Interiors, a leading distributor of drywall and related building materials in Tampa, seeks an Inside Sales Associate to deliver expert customer service from greeting to final sale. You will help customers select products, discuss features, and build lasting relationships while coordinating deliveries and merchandising efforts.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of interior building product experience, strong communication, and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience with interior building products preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Detail and service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in developing ABC Supply Interiors solutions to meet their needs.
• Discuss features and benefits of products and services.
• Establish rapport with new customers and nurture long-term relationships.
• Solicit feedback from customers on products and services.
• Coordinate delivery requests to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing branch sales plan and strategy.
• Assist in designing and executing merchandising strategy.
• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and up-sell related items.
• Answer incoming calls and emails to assist customers promptly.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Arrange with the warehouse for customer pickup.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns.
