Arrow Building Center, Lampert Lumber and Lyman Lumber Companies, divisions of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support new and existing customer sales and provide product support to outside sales reps. • High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of inside sales or building materials experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of product and application required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries on product selection, orders, pricing, and deliveries.
• Initiate calls to customers to generate sales.
• Enter work orders, returns, and service requests; file paperwork.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products.
• Manage project schedules with outside sales, sites, and customers.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Research credits, returns, and late payments.
• Resolve back orders and billing issues; compile data for closing.
• Handle special orders and pricing; assist with price lists.
• Develop and grow professional relationships with customers.
• Resolve jobsite issues and customer problems.
