Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Represent BFS during sales by collecting product needs and acting as liaison between departments and customers.
• Respond to inquiries regarding product selection, pricing, orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
• Initiate calls to generate sales and meet targets.
• Provide accurate material takeoffs and assist drafting/engineering as needed.
• Enter orders and pricing into the ERP system and generate invoices and tickets.
