Job summary

Power-Flo Technologies in the United States seeks an Inside Sales Representative to build lasting customer relationships and drive growth. You’ll work closely with customers, outside sales, vendors, and internal teams to deliver responsive service and develop product knowledge.

In this role you’ll support an existing customer base while identifying new opportunities, impacting customer satisfaction and business success.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn product lines and stay up to date.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer requirements to recommend products or services.
• Introduce new products to existing customers.
• Retain customers by providing excellent service and building rapport.
• Process orders in ERP system and maintain transaction records.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely order completion and shipment.
