FloWorks is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Midland, TX to develop customer relationships and identify needs. You will inform customers about products, coordinate with outside sales, and respond to requests via phone, email, or fax.

The role includes order processing, pricing, delivery information, and ensuring timely shipment, while maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships for optimal service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory sales.
• HS Diploma or GED required. 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for entire order processing which includes assigning, reviewing, approving and distributing customer order documents to all appropriate departments.
• Responds to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner ensuring all requests have been handled and completed daily.
• Provides pricing and delivery information.
• Performs follow-up to ensure timely shipment of materials and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains strong working relationships with Customers and Vendors.
• Resolves customer service issues. Tracks open sales orders.
