Job summary

Power-Flo Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to build lasting customer relationships and drive business growth. You will work with customers, outside sales, vendors, and internal teams to deliver responsive service and develop strong product knowledge.

The role supports an existing customer base while identifying new opportunities, impacting customer satisfaction and business success. Salary ranges from $18.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain and exceed quotas/sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer requirements to recommend specific products, solutions, or services.
• Introduce new products to existing customers.
• Retain existing customers by building rapport and providing unmatched customer service.
• Receive and process orders from customers utilizing our ERP system.
• Maintain records of all transactions and follow up on activity.
• Provide timely solutions to customer queries.
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order completion and shipment.
• Liaise with vendors to gather pricing/availability.
