Job summary

You will assist customers with product questions, quotes, and orders, identify cross-sell opportunities, maintain CRM records, and travel to visit customers as needed. This role could transition to outside sales.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or account support preferred.
• Proficient in CRM, ERP, order entry, and data entry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service by phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries on products, pricing, orders, and status.
• Process orders, quotes, returns, and service requests accurately.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through understanding needs.
• Identify inside sales opportunities via inquiries and follow-ups.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and opportunities.
• Document interactions in CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Support social selling via LinkedIn and approved channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and industry trends.
