Herrmann Ultrasonics is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist/Technical Sales Support. You will immerse yourself in the fascinating world of ultrasonic welding and support sales for our worldwide customer base.

You will assist with concept documentation, quotations, and liaison with other departments to ensure successful order execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience or equivalent.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Sales mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Requirements

• Technical support incl. relationship building with selected customers and/or partners
• Concept documentation and preparation of quotations
• Close, interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments of the company
• Preparation of requirement and functional specifications
• Technical support of the sales department worldwide
• Project management during the order acquisition and order realization phase as well as for internal projects

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience OR equivalent combination of experience and education
• Project management skillset is a plus
• Strong organizational skills
