Responsibilities

• Provide courteous telephone and in-person reception.
• Assist inside sales: take orders, document paperwork, invoice customers, inform Warehouse Supervisor.
• Investigate equipment returns and invoice customers.
• Support inventory functions per policy and procedures.
• Alert Branch Manager to upcoming equipment needs.
• Dispatch vehicles for pickups and deliveries; monitor GPS alerts.
• Participate in training to improve inside sales and product knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Branch Manager.
• Maintain showroom/office; handle petty cash logs and daily deposits.
• Reconcile and file paperwork daily.
