Empower Rental Group is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our Greenville, SC store. The role supports branch operations, handles customer inquiries, assists with pickups/deliveries, and completes outbound sales calls to meet daily quotas.

The position emphasizes a strong customer service attitude, clear communication, and teamwork with branch staff to ensure orders are accurate and customers receive what they need. Multitasking and timely responses are essential.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated operational professional with a customer service attitude.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
• Detail orientation and accuracy must be top notch.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer operational branch calls and own customer needs.
• Assist customers with pick-ups and deliveries; help walk-ins.
• Complete outbound sales calls daily per quota.
• Notate calls in the rental system with logs.
• Route trucks, schedule drivers, and coordinate maintenance.
• Prepare purchase orders and assist with project tasks.
