Empower Rental Group in Greenville, SC is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support branch operations and customer service. You will handle inbound inquiries, assist with pick-ups and deliveries, and perform outbound sales calls to meet quotas.

The role requires exceptional communication, multitasking ability, and proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. A customer-service attitude and team collaboration are essential in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service attitude for both internal and external customers.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
• Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer operational branch calls and take ownership of all customer needs.
• Assist customers with pick-ups and deliveries, and walk-in customers where applicable.
• Complete outbound sales calls daily per assigned quota.
• Notate all calls in the rental system via electronic call logs.
• Route trucks and maintain driver communication; schedule truck maintenance.
• Complete contract closeouts and rental period invoicing.
• Assist with project execution tasks and answering customer questions.
• Maintain a safe work environment and support other team members.
