Job summary

Rh Showroom in Houston, TX is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative to deliver excellent customer experiences, close sales, and build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.

You will process sales orders and bids, support walk-in and phone customers, and look for opportunities to upsell while maintaining accurate records in MS Office.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in customer service or inside sales and a willingness to learn our product lines.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales; contractor sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) to communicate via email, maintain sales plans and call reports.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the sales targets established by your Manager.
• Accurately process Sales Orders and Bids generated through telephone sales transactions.
• Assist customers who pick up their order at our Profit Center.
• Find innovative ways to grow sales with existing customers and become their trusted advisor.
• Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate our solutions.
