Job summary

Hajoca Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative at our Houston, TX location. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, processing orders, and driving sales growth within the Profit Center.

The candidate will engage with contractors and commercial customers, handling inquiries, quotations, and order fulfillment to meet targets. The ideal candidate has 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to build

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales; contractor sales preferred.
• Knowledge of the products sold in the Profit Center is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data analysis for sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets as set by the Manager.
• Collaborate with the Profit Center Manager to set revenue and margin targets.
• Accurately process sales orders and quotes generated via telephone sales.
• Assist customers who pick up their orders at the Profit Center.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with existing customers and become their trusted advisor.
• Generate leads that convert to new customers.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate solutions.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems, address pricing deductions and returns promptly.
• Support counter and outside sales activities as part of the Profit Center team.
• Notify the Profit Center and Credit Manager of changes that could pose credit risk.
