Job summary

Rh Showroom in Casper, WY is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences, grow revenue, and help customers find the right solutions. You will process sales orders and bids, upsell where appropriate, and become a trusted advisor to existing customers while also developing new leads.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service or inside sales, solid MS Office skills, and the ability to learn order processing systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales; contractor sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the sales targets established by your Manager.
• Accurately process Sales Orders and Bids generated through telephone sales transactions.
• Assist customers who pick up their order at our Profit Center.
• Find innovative ways to grow sales with existing customers and become their trusted advisor.
• Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate our solutions.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems, address pricing deductions and returns timely.
• Support Counter and Outside Sales activities as part of our Profit Center team.
• Communicate any changes in a customer’s business that might cause a credit risk.
• Complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and management.
