Job summary

Hajoca Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative for our Santa Fe, NM Profit Center. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, processing orders, and building lasting customer relationships while acting as a trusted advisor to both new and existing clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience, with knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales; contractor sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the sales targets established by your Manager.
• Work with the Profit Center Manager to establish revenue and margin targets.
• Accurately process Sales Orders and Bids generated through telephone sales transactions.
• Assist customers who pick up their order at our Profit Center.
• Find innovative ways to grow sales with existing customers and become their trusted advisor.
• Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate our solutions.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems, address pricing deductions and returns timely.
• Support Counter and Outside Sales activities and all Profit Center activities as part of our team.
• Communicate to the Profit Center Manager and Credit Manager any changes in a customer's business that might cause a credit risk.
