Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1 year in customer service or inside sales, knowledge of products, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales; contractor sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center is a plus.
• Strong customer service, telephone and listening skills; able to upsell when appropriate.
• Able to learn and operate computer systems used to process orders.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets established by your Manager.
• Process Sales Orders and Bids generated through telephone sales transactions.
• Assist customers who pick up their order at our Profit Center.
• Grow sales with existing customers and develop new relationships.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate solutions.
• Resolve customer problems and ensure satisfaction; support Profit Center activities.
