Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales; contractor sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the Manager.
• Work with Profit Center Manager on revenue and margin targets.
• Process sales orders and bids from telephone sales.
• Assist customers who pick up orders at the Profit Center.
• Grow sales with existing customers and act as trusted advisor.
• Generate sales leads that become new customers.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate solutions.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems and pricing deductions timely.
• Support Counter and Outside Sales activities as part of the Profit Center team.
• Flag credit risks to Profit Center Manager and Credit Manager.
• Complete required safety and compliance training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
