Job summary

Hajoca Corporation, a leading wholesale distributor, is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative at the Houston, TX Profit Center. You will engage customers, process orders, and drive sales growth while delivering superior service.

The ideal candidate has 1 year in customer service or inside sales, with knowledge of Profit Center products and proficiency in MS Office to manage data and communications. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales; contractor sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) to manage emails, plans, calls, and data.
• Outstanding customer service, telephone/verbal communication, and listening skills.
• Ability to upsell or cross-sell by understanding customer needs and offering value-added solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets established by your Manager.
• Accurately process Sales Orders and Bids generated through telephone sales transactions.
• Assist customers who pick up their order at our Profit Center.
• Find innovative ways to grow sales with existing customers and become their trusted advisor.
• Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate our solutions.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems and returns timely and in line with policy.
• Support Counter and Outside Sales activities and all Profit Center activities.
