Hajoca Corporation, a leading wholesale distributor, is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative for its Keenan Supply Las Vegas location. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, processing orders, growing existing customer relationships, and identifying upsell opportunities to drive revenue.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and proficiency in MS Office. This is a full-time on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package and potential for profit-sharing.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales; contractor sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the sales targets established by your Manager.
• Accurately process Sales Orders and Bids generated through telephone sales transactions.
• Assist customers who pick up their order at our Profit Center.
• Find innovative ways to grow sales with existing customers and become their trusted advisor.
• Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate our solutions.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems, address pricing deductions and returns timely and in accordance with policy.
• Support Counter and Outside Sales activities and all Profit Center activities.
• Communicate changes in a customer's business that might cause credit risk to the Manager and Credit Manager.
• Complete required safety and compliance training programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervision.
