Job summary

Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Sales & Service Representative at our Albuquerque, NM location. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, processing orders and bids, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced Profit Center environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year in customer service or sales, strong product knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Opportunities exist to upsell, build relationships, and contribute to team success while supporting safety and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or sales; contractor sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold at Hajoca Profit Center.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to learn computer systems used to process orders.
• Read, write, speak English.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
• Process Sales Orders and Bids via telephone and in person.
• Assist customers picking up their order at the Profit Center.
• Grow sales with existing customers and become trusted advisor.
• Generate sales leads for new customers.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate our solutions.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems, address pricing deductions and returns per policy.
• Support Profit Center activities and communicate with Credit Manager.
• Complete safety and compliance training as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
