Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the sales targets established by your manager.
• Process Sales Orders and Bids from phone and in-person sales.
• Assist customers who pick up their order at the Profit Center.
• Grow sales with existing customers and become their trusted advisor.
• Generate leads that develop into new customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems and returns promptly.
