Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales) to join the Albuquerque team. You will generate qualified meetings through outbound and inbound efforts, partnering with field sales to ensure clean, timely handoffs and strong first conversations.

You will develop core sales skills, with promotion to Business Development Manager within 6–12 months, owning the full cycle from first contact to close as you grow.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to conduct professional outreach.
• Experience with CRM tools and maintaining clean records.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and email sequencing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification.
• Qualify leads, assess fit, urgency, and decision-making authority.
• Book meetings and hand off to a Business Development Manager with a detailed brief.
• Meet or exceed activity and meeting targets weekly and monthly.
• Keep Salesforce updated with accurate activity and pipeline stages.
