Momentive, a leading global materials company, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to serve as the primary customer contact for inquiries, sample requests, and inbound leads. This on-site role supports order processing and customer satisfaction while collaborating with field sales and internal teams.

The position emphasizes accurate, responsive communication and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or 6 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience building and managing customer relationships in sales or service roles.
• Proven ability to represent a brand through professional communication.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle Tier I inquiries and route Tier II to SMEs (Product, Legal).
• Own the sample order journey end‑to‑end from Salesforce intake to SAP transfer and delivery.
• Qualify and convert inbound leads and inform clients of case/sample status.
• Master Salesforce and SAP; coordinate with ad‑hoc departments to completion.
