Job summary

Empire Today is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the Save Team in the national customer service group. You will help customers cancel orders by offering incentives, negotiating pricing, and coordinating with markets to lower costs while handling transferred calls from Customer Care.

A High School diploma and 1 year of sales experience are required. Successful candidates communicate effectively in writing and verbally, use Siebel and MS Office, and strive to save sales while upholding

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of sales experience.
• Working knowledge of Siebel and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who are looking to cancel orders.
• Offer incentives to save the sale and negotiate pricing or reschedule appointments.
• Communicate with markets on a per-case basis to lower price for the customer.
• Take transferred calls from Customer Care.
