Job summary

Eagle Fence Distributing, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to process existing customer orders, provide pricing and quotes, and build productive relationships with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication and sales skills, a willingness to learn product lines, and the ability to work as part of a team in person at our Clearwater, FL location. A background in the fencing industry is a plus, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have valid U.S. driver’s license and be willing to operate a motor vehicle.
• Experience or training in sales or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of products and pricing to provide quotes.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage orders.
• Support sales team and assist with onboarding of new customers.
• Increase customer retention and profitability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot and ensure on-time delivery.
• Learn and use proprietary programs in daily workload.

SUMMARY:

Responsible for processing existing customer orders in a timely and friendly manner. Build productive relationships with customers and foster growth by assisting with onboarding of new customers.

What we are looking for:

Someone who can set their own pace, work in a team environment, and build productive relationships by solving problems. Experience in the fence industry is a plus but we are willing to train someone with relatable skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Develop knowledge of the products distributed by Eagle Fence Distributing LLC.
• Ensure timely response to customer inquiries.
• Provide product quotes with pricing and availability independently to foster growth and profitability.
• Perform order management to ensure customer expectations are communicated and delivery schedules are met.
• Assist other sales team members as necessary by answering customer inquiries for other sales team members.
• Responsible for increasing customer retention.
• When possible, sell excess or secondary inventory items, as identified, through established customer contacts and sales techniques to reduce product waste and unsatisfactorily high inventory levels
• Troubleshoot with internal cross-functional teams to increase customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite products and able to learn proprietary programs for daily workload

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday, weekends as needed

WORK LOCATION:

In person; Clearwater, FL

Salary/Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 per year plus commission
