Full Job Description

Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. Their sales team interacts with pilots and aircraft owners from around the world via inbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries. Ideally, you’ll have a passion for aviation. There are no outbound calls or cold calls; you will employ a consultative and educational approach to assisting fellow aviators with purchasing appropriate equipment from leading brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound inquiries and leads from various channels
• Answer phone with positivity
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data
