Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and confident Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this remote position, you’ll make outbound cold calls to franchise car dealerships, introduce them to our services, and schedule appointments for our local managers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives on hitting goals, and wants to be part of a growing automotive tech company.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound cold calls daily to automotive dealerships
• Explain CarData’s services clearly and effectively
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for local sales managers
• Enter lead details and follow-up notes in our CRM system
• Work closely with the field team to coordinate meeting times
• Meet weekly activity goals for calls and appointments

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
• Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
• Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required
