Customer Service Representative - Florida

Position Details
  • Pay Range: $15.00/hr (fixed)
  • Employment Type: Full-time

  3. Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and meet program metrics
  4. Participate in coaching sessions and team meetings
  5. Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of inbound customer service experience in a call center setting
  • A distraction-free, remote work environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in navigating various computer applications
  • Ability to interview via computer with a camera
  • Successful completion of internet speed test, background check, and drug screening
