Job summary

ABC Supply in Annapolis, MD is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to deliver world-class service to contractors. You will determine customers’ needs, recommend roofing, siding and window products, and enter sales orders.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of roofing/siding/window experience, excellent communication, strong time management, and a team-first attitude. Benefits include health, dental, and vision after 60 days, a 401(k) match, disability and life insurance, flexible spending, paid time

Responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
• Following a product/checklist for each customer’s job and upselling additional products.
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders.
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time and with all items accounted for.
• Reordering products to keep shelves well stocked.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns.
