SUMMARY: The Sales Development Representative is responsible for supporting business development efforts of outside sales through qualified lead generation and demand generation efforts. These efforts include connecting via phone, email, social media and marketing campaigns , trying to capture information on prospects’ current technology needs and challenges while providing information on New Era’s portfolio of services. The goal is to establish next steps to discuss business solutions/opportunities. The Sales Development Representative is directly responsible for qualifying opportunities that are ready for the Outside Sales team to close. Lead generation/opportunities could come from house accounts, dormant accounts, previous customers or contacts and greenfield introductions. This sales position is a hunter role, spending 90% of the workday on phone, email, and business socialnetworks.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be able to communicate effectively in English through written and verbal channels.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Hybrid
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: Standard business hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
TRAVEL: Occasional travel driven by market requirements.

$65,000 - $70,000 USD
