What You'll Be Doing:

As the Advanced Inside Sales Representative for Wolters Kluwer CT Corporation, your main responsibility is to drive profitable sales growth by acquiring new corporation accounts and meeting or exceeding sales goals. Your customers are small to mid-sized corporations within an assigned territory that currently do not have CT Corporation as their registered agent.

Your daily tasks include:

  • Learning and staying informed about our CT products and services
  • Following a comprehensive sales process
  • Managing sales pipeline information for prospect accounts and incoming leads
  • Generating high sales call volume to develop business
  • Contributing to sales planning and forecasting activities
Key Tasks:
  • Learn the full line of CT services, including features, benefits, pricing, and value propositions
  • Execute the sales process for CT products and understand selling to law firms
  • Manage prospect accounts to support a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce.com
  • Drive new business to meet sales goals
  • Increase market share by identifying law firms, analyzing competitors, and managing transitions to CT services
  • Facilitate implementation of CT products into law firms
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Wolters Kluwer services and industry trends
Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
  • Experience in B2B inside sales and high call volume activity
  • Self-motivated 'Hunter' mentality
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Knowledge of UCC, Registered Agent, Corporate Reporting, and Business Licensing services
  • Experience selling complex professional services and enterprise solutions
  • At least 3 years of exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong consultative sales skills and strategic thinking

Compensation: Target salary range varies by location, e.g., CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $63,150 - $87,250. The role is eligible for commission.
