What You'll Be Doing:

As the Advanced Inside Sales Representative for Wolters Kluwer CT Corporation, your main responsibility is to drive profitable sales growth by acquiring new corporation accounts and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your customers are small to mid-sized corporations within an assigned territory that currently do not have CT Corporation as their registered agent.

Your daily tasks include staying informed about our complex CT products and services; following a comprehensive sales process; managing and updating sales pipeline information; generating high call volume to develop business; and contributing to sales planning and forecasting activities.

Key Tasks:
  • Learn the full line of CT services, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive positioning.
  • Execute the sales process for CT products and services, understanding how to sell to law firms.
  • Manage prospect accounts to support a healthy sales pipeline, organize customers by segment, research contact information, and operate within Salesforce CRM.
  • Drive new business to meet sales goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
  • Increase CT market share by identifying law firms in your territory, analyzing competitors, managing transitions, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Facilitate the implementation of CT products and services into law firms.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Wolters Kluwer services, industry trends, and business acumen.
You're a Great Fit if You Have/Can:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
  • Inside B2B sales experience
  • A 'Hunter' mentality and self-motivation
  • Experience with high call volume activity
  • CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
  • Experience within multi-division organizations and various sales channels
  • Experience with UCC, Registered Agent, Corporate Reporting, and Business Licensing services
  • Experience selling complex professional services and enterprise solutions
  • Over 3 years of sales exceeding quotas
  • Consultative sales approach and prospect development skills
  • Ability to translate networking contacts into business opportunities
  • Strategic and tactical sales planning skills
  • Proficiency with record-keeping and order systems like One World, Arrow, Voyager

Compensation:

Target salary range in CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $63,150 - $87,250. This role is eligible for commissions.
