Job summary

Smart Care in the United States is seeking an enthusiastic outbound sales professional to prospect decision-makers via calls and emails, qualify opportunities by needs and budget, and hand leads to the sales team.

You will set meetings for field representatives, maintain accurate CRM activity and notes, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, and provide feedback to improve messaging while aiming to meet SQL and activity targets.

• Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, timeline, and fit and hand-off to salesperson
• Set meetings and appointments for field sales representatives and generate work orders
• Clearly communicate Smart Care’s value proposition and overcome basic objections
• Maintain accurate activity, lead status, and notes in CRM and sales tools
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to support campaigns and initiatives
• Provide feedback to improve messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies
• Meet or exceed SQL and activity goals

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred OR 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or cold calling
• Familiarity with CRM and sales/marketing tools, and/or Microsoft Office
• Understanding of sales funnel and lead qualification concepts

Hourly rate $23 - $27 per hour plus bonus
