Hixwood Metal has proudly served the agricultural and post-frame building industry since 1998. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers and support our inside sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome walk-in customers and assist with their needs
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
• Process customer orders, invoices, and payments
• Prepare basic quotes
• Print customer pickup paperwork
• Maintain an organized and inviting front counter area
• Learn our building products, pricing, and sales systems
• Support the sales team with day-to-day customer service activities

What We’re Looking For

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
